摘  要:采用斯佩克特工作满意度量表,选取昭通市10个县市的60所农村中学的300名教师进行测试,探讨昭通市农村中学教师的工作满意度现状。结果表明:农村中学教师的工作满意度不容乐观,身负重任的农村教师的工作状况令人堪忧。解决问题的对策和建议:进行感情激励;树立正确的教师价值观与态度;构建完善的知识结构,增强竞争意识;提高领导者的素质,努力提高管理水平;改革薪酬分配制度,提高农村教师待遇;创设开放性组织,建立以人为本的教师管理体制,营造充满人文关怀的工作组织氛围;强化农村教师技能培训,提高教育教学水平;逐步改善农村中学教师的工作环境、工作条件。With Specter' s work satisfaction scale, we select 300 middle school teachers from 60 middle schools in the rural areas of 10 counties of Zhaotong City to research the status quo of the satisfaction to their work. The results show that the satisfaction to the primary and secondary school teachers' work is not optimistic and the status quo of the teachers' burdensome work in rural areas is worrying. The article makes an in- depth analysis on the status quo and puts forward die following problemsolving strategies and recommendations:to make a friendship excitation;to establish the correct values and attitudes of the teachers;to build a sound knowledge structure and enhance the sense of competition; to improve the quality of leadership in order to strive to improve the management level; to reform salary distribution system and improve the treatment of the rural teachers;to create an open organizational climate and establish a people- oriented management system for teachers so as to create a working and organizational atmosphere with humanistic concern; to strengthen the skills training for rural teactrers to improve their education and teaching abilities; to improve gradually the working environment and the working conditions of the nlral middle school teachers.
