摘　　要：高职职业指导教师队伍专业化程度直接影响到学生的就业，本文通过对湖南铁路科技职业技术学院（以下简称学院）职业指导教师队伍的现状进行调查与分析，针对存在的问题，提出了高职职业指导教师队伍专业化建设的对策。The degree of the specialization of the teacher ranks of professional guidance in higher vocational college directly affects the employment competitiveness of the graduates. Based on the research and analysis on the present situation of the teacher ranks of professional guidance in Hunan Railway College of Science and Technology （College）, this paper advances the countermeasure of the specialization construction of the teacher ranks of professional guidance in higher vocational colleges.
