摘　　要：就情绪工作研究的兴起及其在人力资源管理领域的应用等问题进行了探讨;提出了情绪工作在人力资源管理领域的应用范围,如:人力资源规划、员工甄选、员工培训、绩效管理以及薪酬福利管理,等。Some issures of the emerging of emotion work and its application in the field of human resource management were explored.The emotion work in the specific areas of human resource management is put forward,such as human resource planning,staff selecting,staff training,performance management and compensation management.
