摘　　要：当前我国正处在社会变革的大形势下,由于各种原因,我国青少年学生中的人格问题日益突出,已经严重影响了我国21世纪的国民素质,如何塑造学生的健全人格成为人们关注的话题。本文就当前培养健全人格的意义等基本问题做了一些探讨,并分析了加强健全人格养成的几条途径。Today our country is being placed in the big situation of social change, because of various reasons, the personality problem within teenager＇s student is increasingly outstanding, have already affected seriously our 21 centuries of citizen＇s character, how to mold the student＇s healthy personality to become the topic that people concern. This text developped the meaning of the healthy personality, and analyzed a few way of molding the healthy personality.
