摘 要:职业教育可以分解为理论学习、学习操作、文凭授予和就业安置四大要素,因要素的配置不同,各个国家形成的职业教育体系并不一致。我国职业教育学历文凭和职业资格证书并重制度明显带有机械照搬外国经验的痕迹,有些地方需要改进。我们应当顺应中国国情,在突出学校教育和学术文凭的同时注重实际训练,而职业资格证书应当体现在职业继续教育。The vocational education can be divided into four elements: theoretical study, practical operation, diploma awarded, and job assignment. Due to different allocations of these elements, each country has developed a different type of vocational education in its own tradition. The vocational education in China adopts .a system of putting equal emphasis on diplomas and vocational qualification certificates. It is clearly from the experience of foreign countries. We should adapt to China's national conditions, while highlighting the school education and school diplomas, pay more attention to practical training. Vocational qualification certificates should be reflected in continuing vocational education.
