摘 要:建立了离合器系统动力学模型,针对离合器接合过程中的冲击度和滑摩功这一对矛盾,选取发动机转速和离合器从动侧转速作为状态变量,采取在冲击度满足乘坐舒适性的条件下滑摩功最小为目标的最优控制方法,将冲击度转化为最优控制的约束条件之一,避免了多目标优化中权重系数调整的难点。仿真与试验结果表明:在满足乘坐舒适性的前提下,采用最优位移控制能够保证滑摩功最小,简化了控制系统,增强了控制系统的通用性和可移植性。The dynamic model of clutch system was set up. Aimed at the contradictory elements of shock intensity and sliding work of clutch in engagement, authors selected the engine rotational speed and the rotational speed of clutch driven side as state variables. In the conditions that shock intensities meet driver comfort, authors took optimal control method with the objective function of sliding work minimum and transformed shock intensities into one o{ the constraints of optimal control. It avoided the difficulties of the weight factor adjustment in multi-objective optimization. The simulation and test results show that using optimal displacement control can ensure the sliding work minimum in the condition of meeting driver comfort which simplifies the control system and strengthens the control system commonness and transplantation.
