摘　　要：从博弈论角度剖析了民办学校营利与政府资助的"囚徒困境",并提出破解民办学校发展困境的思路:政府转变观念,认可民办学校是和公办学校长期并存的整个教育事业不可缺少的重要组成部分;进一步健全民办学校的管理体系,监督民办学校的财政状况和教育质量;对于过度"营利"行为,依据其事先制定的规章惩罚,从而使民办学校走上规范化、法制化、可持续的健康发展轨道。The essay, based on gameplaying theory, tries to discuss the dilemma of private schools＇ profits-seeking and government＇s subsidy. It, therefore, puts forward ways of nongovernmental schools＇ standard, legal and sustainable development through governments＇ change of concepts to recognize the coexistence of public and private schools, perfecting the management system of private schools, supervising their fiscal status and teaching quality, and punishing excessive profits-seeking operation.
