摘 要:目的探讨质量管理循环程序(PDCA)在临床护理教学管理中的应用效果。方法我们对2008年秋季护理专业149名护理实习生的教学模式进行改革,实习结束后评价传统教学模式与PDCA循环教学模式的教学效果。结果PDCA循环教学模式下学生的考核成绩优于传统教学模式下的学生成绩(P<0.01),教员对学生的临床综合表现满意率在95.5%。结论在临床护理教学中采用PDCA循环法管理,有利于培养学生临床实践的应对能力,并持续改进护理教学质量,使得临床护理教学管理逐步走上规范化、制度化和科学化的轨道。Objective To explore the effect of plan-do-check-action (PDCA) circulation method in the management of clinical nursing teaching. Methods Total 149 nursing students in Fall Semester 2008 received PDCA circulation teaching method, and the efficacies of PDCA circulation method and traditional method were compared. Results The students' performance in PDCA circulation group was higher than that in the traditional group ( P 〈 0.01 ). The rate of faculty satisfaction with students' overall clinical performance was 95.5%. Conclusion The application of PDCA circulation method in the management of clinical nursing teaching is proved to be helpful for the response ability training of students in clinical practice and continuous improvement in quality of clinical nursing teaching, thus leading to more standardized, institutionalized and scientific management.
