摘　　要：实验教师良好的思想素质、业务素质和管理素质对高等教育事业的发展具有重大影响作用。全面提高实验教师的素质是当前高等教育事业发展中面临并亟待解决的现实课题。在高等教育面向社会实践、学生培养面向职业实际的今天,实验教师发挥着理论教师无法替代的作用,建立促进实验教师素质提高的可持续发展机制势在必行。Experimental teachers qualities of good ideas,profession and management have a significant effect on the development of higher education.Currently, how to improve the comprehensive qualities of teachers is the issue that must be resolved during the developmental progress of higher education.Institutions of higher learning must fully implement the scientific concept of development,adhere to the teacher-centered ideal and establish sustainable development mechanism to improve the qualities of teachers.
