摘　　要：以市场需求为导向,以职业能力培养为本位,构建反映专业特点的人才培养模式,是高职教育改革的关键。辽宁工程技术大学技术与经济学院提出了"筹划全程式"人才培养模式,该模式符合市场所需人才的定位要求,能够坚持以能力为本位的理念,有利于提高教学质量,培养符合社会需要的应用性人才。It is the key to constructing talents＇ cultivating mode reflecting majors＇ characteristics for higher vocational educational reform,oriented with market requirement and professional ability cultivation.Full-planning talents＇ cultivating mode is advanced by college of technology and economics,Liaoning technical university,which accords with the orientation requirement of talents demanded by markets.It is beneficial to improve teaching quality and cultivate social demanded applicable talents by sticking to the concept oriented with ability.
