摘　　要：目的了解北京市城市社区医生对于全科医学培训的需求情况。方法采用自填式问卷调查。结果对北京8个城区抽取243名社区医生进行调查,有效问卷234份,问卷有效率为96.30%。结论社区医生工作任务繁重是开展培训需要克服的最大问题,建议以自愿报名的方式参加培训,开展短期、实用性和针对性较强的全科医学培训。Objective To explore the training needs of physicians from community health services （CHS） institutions in Beijing urban area. Methods The self-administered questionnaire was carried out. Results 243 physicians from CHS institutions in eight urban districts of Beijing were surveyed, of which 234 questionnaires were valid. The valid rate was 96.30%. Conclusion The greatest obstacle in CHS physicians training is overload of work. CHS physicians are expected to be self-dominated regarding whether to participate in training and the training should be short-term, practical and highly targeted.
