摘　　要：高职院校的就业指导工作是高职院校人才培养的重要环节。本文从分析高职院校就业指导教师的队伍构成、素质弱项入手,对高职院校就业指导教师素质进行了若干思考,认为高职院校的就业指导教师应该具有良好的道德修养、具备很强的信息收集处理运用能力、沟通协调能力、学习能力和总结反思能力,并且应该精于人才测评、择业、面试、和就业心理咨询等方面的技能技巧,才能更好地胜任本职工作。Career Guidance is an important part of personnel training in higher vocational colleges.By analyzing the composition and qualities of the career guidance team in higher vocational colleges,the essay Presents thoughts on qualities of career guidance teachers in higher vocational colleges.Career guidance teachers should be with high morality,be capable of gathering,processing and applying information.They should be good at communication,coordination,learning,summarizing and rethinking.They should be adroit at talent assessment,job choosing,interviews,and employment psychological counseling etc.so that they can be more qualified for their jobs.
