摘 要:在测定黑糯玉米芯色素吸收光谱的前提下,对纯化前后的色价进行了测定,并绘制了黑糯玉米芯色素的工作曲线。在静态吸附试验中,通过比较6种大孔树脂对黑糯玉米芯色素的吸附率和解吸率,筛选出适合分离黑糯玉米芯色素的树脂,并对大孔树脂的解析率进行了测定。同时,对影响吸附和解吸的因素如pH和温度对吸附的影响及乙醇体积分数对解析的影响进行分析,并且对树脂的静态吸附动力学特征进行了研究。在动态吸附试验中,对上样液流速和浓度对吸附的影响及乙醇流速对解吸的影响进行分析,并对树脂的饱和吸附量及树脂的重复使用性能进行了测定。研究发现:X-5树脂对黑糯玉米芯色素不仅吸附量大而且解吸率高,适合用于黑糯玉米芯色素的分离和富集。X-5树脂分离黑糯玉米芯的工艺参数为:上样液质量浓度1.0 g/L,pH 3.0,流速1 mL/m in,用95%乙醇以1 mL/m in的流速进行洗脱。吸附10 h可以完成吸附,纯化前的色价为16.5,纯化后的色价为40.1;X-5树脂的饱和吸附量达到16.9651 mg/g;回收率可达到89.16%,X-5树脂重复使用性能良好。In the condition of measuring absorption spectrum of black glutinous corncob pigment ( BGCP), the color price of the pigment before and after purification was measured and the standard curve was made. In a static experiment, the best macroporous resin for BGCP was selected through comparing the rates of adsorption and desorption of six macroporous resins to BGCP. The desorption rate of the best macroporous resin was measured. The effects of pH and temperature on the adsorption and desorption, and the effect of ethanol concentration on the desorption were ana- lyzed. Dynamics study was conducted on the static adsorption of the resin. In a dynamic experiment, the effects of ex- tracting solution speed and concentration on the adsorption and the effect of ethanol speed on the desorption were ana- lyzed. The adsorption capacity of the resin and its performance in repeat using were studied. Results : X - 5 resin is excellent with high adsorption and desorption rate, and is the most suitable adsorbent among the six macroporous res- ins selected for BGCP separation and concentration. The optimal separation conditions are liquid concentration 0. 001 kg/L, pH 3.0, and flow rate 1 mL/min, and using 95% ethanol as effluent at 1 mL/min speed. The adsorption is completed in 10 h; the pigment colour price is 16.5 before purification and 40.1 after purification. The adsorption capacity of the resin is determined to be 16. 965 1 mg/g resin and BGCP recovery rate is up to 89.16%. X -5 resin has good performance in repeat using. It is proved that X -5 resin is an excellent adsorbent.
