摘　　要：本文综述了功能性食品的生理功能及功能性食品在国内外市场的研究现状,探究了功能性食品的发展趋势,提出对具有中国特色的功能食品的开发。This article summarizes the physiological functions of functional foods and the present status of research of functional foods in the home and broad markets, and the development trend of functional foods was discussed. The development of functional foods with Chinese characteristics was put forward.
