摘　　要：黄酮类化合物具有广泛的生理和药理活性。这类化合物已成为国内外医药界研究的热点,是一类极具有广阔开发前景的天然药物。综述了近几年黄酮类化合物在提取、含量测定、分离纯化、结构鉴定等方面的研究进展。Flavonoids compound was a kind of compounds with wide development prospect which has important physiological and pharmacological activity. It has become a research hotspot in medicine industry at home and abroad. The recent research progress on extraction, content determination, purification and structure elucidation of flavonoids were reviewed in this paper.
