医儒相通的三重内涵

摘　　要：医儒相通有三重内涵:一是儒学中包含有一定的医学,主要是养生学知识;二是儒学充实了中医的人文性内涵,主要是构建了中医医学伦理学;三是儒学赋予中医学的思维特征:中庸调和、直觉体悟。深刻理解"医儒相通,通在何处"是中医哲学的关键问题之一。否则,不仅医学难以深入,儒学也难以入流。There are three connotations in traditional Chinese medical practice and Confucianism linkage： a.Confucianism contains knowledge of traditional medical practice,mainly in health keeping;b.Confucianism enriches humanistic concerns within traditional Chinese medical practice,mainly help constitute Chinese traditional medical ethics;c.Confucianism has endowed traditional Chinese medical practice features,i.e.,sticking to the principles of the doctrine of the mean,and relying on intuition and self-realization.It is a key issue for Chinese medical philosophy to deeply understand where ＂traditional Chinese medical practice and Confucianism linkage＂ lies.Otherwise,Chinese medical theory cannot go deep,and even Confucianism might be out of the main trend.
