摘　　要：有机化学作为制药专业一门重要的基础课程,有自己的知识体系和特点。如何兼顾专业和课程特点完成好有机化学的教学,笔者结合自身有机化学的教学实践提出:一方面教师不断强化有机化学基本知识的深入研究,以及广泛涉猎相关专业知识背景;另一方面教师要善于结合专业特点进行教学改革,改革是课程建设与时俱进的重要途径。As an important and fundamental course, organic chemistry has its own characteristics and special knowledge system. How to meet the need of course and pharmaceutical specialty in the course of organic chemistry teaching, Based on author＇s teaching experience, it suggested that teacher should strengthen study of basical knowledge of organic chemistry and extensive learning about knowledge background of pharmaceutical specialty. On the other hand, teacher should adept in teaching reform because reform is an important avenue.
