摘　　要：根据学科建设及发展特点,结合"基因工程"课程的教学实践对如何改革教学内容、教学方法及教学手段进行了初步探讨.According to the subject costruction and development characteristic, and combining with the teaching practive of gene engineering course, we had proceeded a tentative study on how to reform the teaching contents , teaching methods, and teaching instruments.
