摘　　要：为适应高职教育培养"实用型"和"技能型"人才的需求,高职遗传学教师必须更新教育理念,"以社会、专业岗位需求为导向,以学生为中心,培养其综合职业能力"为发展方向,注意培养学生遗传学方面的创造性思维能力。In needs of cultivating practical and technical talents in higher- profession education, teachers of Genetics should alter their traditional idealisms in teaching and should pay their attentions to cultivate the students＇ creative thinking abilities. Meanwhile, with the di- rection of meeting social and professional needs, the central position of students should be ensured and their professional abilities should be cultivated comprehensively.
