摘 要:目的检验主管护师综合评价指标体系(SNCEIS)的信度与效度,为建立科学的SNCEIS提供方法学指导。方法利用构建的SNCEIS对60名主管护师进行实测,验证SNCEIS的重测信度、内部一致性信度、评价者间信度、内容效度和结构效度。结果SNCEIS的重测信度为0.7331~0.9750,Cronbachα系数为0.9356,自评与他评分值的Pearson相关系数为0.763~0.881(P=0.000),信度较高。SNCEIS单变量与总变量的Pearson相关系数为0.330~0.812(P<0.05),内容效度满意;因子分析显示SNCEIS的结构效度良好。结论SNCEIS具有较高的信度和效度,能够对主管护师进行较为公正、客观的综合评价。Objective To test the reliability and validity of supervisor nurse comprehensive evaluation index system (SNCEIS) in order to provide methodological advice for setting a scientific SNCEIS. Method The test-retest reliability, internal consistency, interrater reliability, content validity and construct validity of SNCEIS were examined based on 60 supervisor nurses. Result The test-retest reliability of SNCEIS was 0.733 1-0.975 0, its Cronbach was 0.935 6. Interrater reliability, Pearson coefficient of self-evaluation score and other person evaluation score was 0.763-0.881 (P= 0.000). Content validity, Pearson coefficient of each item score and total score of SNCEIS was 0.330-0.812(P〈0.05). The result of factor analysis showed SNCEIS had satisfactory construct validity. Conclusion SNCEIS had a fairly good reliability and validity. It could perform comprehensive evaluation objectively and fairly for supervisor nurse.
