摘  要:初步研究了浙江红花油茶籽的经济性状和水代法提取,并和普通油茶籽的经济性状及茶油国家标准进行了对比。结果表明:浙江红花油茶是一种经济性状优良的油料树种。通过单因素试验得出了水代法提取浙江红花油茶籽油的工艺条件为:水料比3∶1(v/m);提取温度60℃;提取时间120 min;浆液pH 9.0。提油率最高可达到79.27%,清油收率达到84.83%。除水分和挥发物含量超标外,其他主要指标符合一级压榨茶油的标准。该研究表明水代法提取浙江红花油茶籽油是可行的,可作为制备浙江红花油茶籽油的一种新方法。The economic characteristics and aqueous extraction conditions of Camellia chekiangoleosa seed were investigated. The results showd that the seed indices of Camellia chekiangoleos, i.e. oil content and kernal rate, were better than those of Camellia oleifera. The extraction conditions were obtained by single-factor experiment using indexes of oil extraction rate and free oil recovery as follows: seed meal : water, 1 : 3 (m : v); pH of paste, 9.0; incubation temperature and time, 60C and 120 rain. In experiment, the highest oil extraction rate and free oil recovery were up to 79. 27% and 84. 83% respectively. Except for the water and volatile content, the other indices of quality of aqueous extracted oil were better than those of oil-tea camellia seed oil specified in GB-11765. These factors indicate that the aqueous extraction technology of Camellia chekiangoleosa seed oil is feasible and can be extended in oil industry.
