摘　　要：以奶粉为试验材料,研究了奶粉中三聚氰胺的定性检测方法。结果表明:苦味酸与三聚氰胺有沉淀反应,可作为定性检测试剂,最低检测限为5g/kg。In this paper,milk powder was used as raw material and the qualitative detection method to melamine in milk powder had been studied.The results showed that there were precipitation between picric acid and melamine, and picric acid could been used to qualitative detect melamine.Minimum detectable concentration of melamine was 5 g/kg.
