摘　　要：从水产养殖的优良水质中分离到优势菌光合细菌(RP.palustris、RP.gelatinosa、RP.sphaeroides和RP.viridis)、枯草芽孢杆菌(B.subtilus)和乳酸链球菌(S.lactis),制成水质净化后,用于淡水鱼放养的水池中,均取得了降低水体中的COD、氨基酸态氮和亚硝酸盐的作用,改善了水质,减少了鱼病的发生。RP. palustfis, RP. gelatinoas, RP. sphaeroides, RP. viridis, Bacillus subtilus and S. lactis were isolated from high quality water in aquiculture, which were used to purify water. The COD, the ammonia, the nitrogen and the nitrite in the water were reduced and the water quality was improved by application of these bacteria. Consequently, the occurrence offish diseases were decreased.
