摘 要:[目的]通过对无锡市2008年食物中毒情况的分析,揭示其分布,类型和原因,为制定相应对策提供依据。[方法]对各县、区上报的食物中毒报告资料进行统计分析。[结果]2008年无锡市共发生食物中毒27起,中毒人数348人。从分布看,食物中毒多发生在第2、3季度,尤其集中在第3季度,中毒起数占总起数的77.7%,以细菌性食物中毒为主,中毒起数和人数分别占92.6%和91.1%,引起细菌性食物中毒的病原菌主要是副溶血性弧菌,分别占细菌性食物中毒总起数和总人数的40%和50.5%,引发食物中毒的责任单位以饮食服务单位为主,占到中毒总起数和总人数的48.1%和48.0%,引起食物中毒占首位的食品是肉及肉制品,分别占中毒总起数和总人数的33.3%和27.3%。[结论]加强食品安全知识的宣传教育和培训,在重点季节,加强重点场所,重点食品的监管力度是预防食物中毒的重要措施。[Objective] To find out the distribution, types and causes of food poisoning in Wuxi in 2008 by studying the food poisoning events, so as to provide the scientific basis for the corresponding measures making. [Methods] The data of food poisoning events reported from the districts and counties of Wuxi were carried on statistical analysis. [ Results] There were 27 food poisoning events and 348 sufferers totally in Wuxi in 2008. According to the reported data, most of the events occurred in the third quarter of the year, which accounted for 77.7% of the total events. Bacterial food poisoning was the main type, which account for 92.6% of the total events, and 91.1% of total sufferers. Vibrio parahaemolyticus was the main pathogenic bacteria, which account for 40% of the bacterial poisoning, and 50.5% of the bacterial poisoning sufferers. The largest part of the food poisoning occurred in drinking and food service units, which accounted for 48.1% of the total events and 48.0% of the total sufferers. Meat and meat products ranked first among the foods that caused food poisoning, as it accounted for 33.3% of the total events and 27.3% of the total sufferers. [Conclusion] Strengthening the propaganda and education of food safety, focusing on the main season, main places and key foods are the effective methods for the control and prevention of food poisoning.
