摘　　要：本文利用软代数的素理想和素滤子刻划了软代数的素中理想，证明了软代数的每一个真中理想都是包含它的素中理想之交。In this paper , using the prime ideals and prime filters of a soft algebra we have charater- ized the prime mid-ideals of the soft algebra. It is proved that every mid-ideal of the soft algebra is the intersection of all prime mid-ideals containing it .
