高职汽车运用技术类专业复合型人才培养的思考

摘　　要：高职院校汽车类专业复合型人才的培养要适应”一专多能”的要求，培养汽车类专业复合型人才要调整优化高职教育资源配置，完善培养计划，体现能力培养，提高教师素质，加强科学管理。Composite talents majored in automobile should specialized one thing and be good at many. In order to cultivate this kind of compound talents, it is necessary to readjust and optimize the allocation of educational resources; to improve training plan and quality of teachers and to strengthen scientific management.
