摘　　要：随着金融危机席卷全球,我国经济增长速度趋缓,对就业的拉动能力明显减弱,这一系列不利因素使得高职毕业生的就业形势变得更加严峻起来。面对这样的形势,高职院校应借助政策导向、区域经济发展、心理辅导和社会评价四个方面来充实与健全就业指导体系,从而使高职就业指导工作健康持续的发展。With the financial crisis sweeping the world, China＇s economic growth has slowed down and the pulling on employment has been markedly reduced, this series of unfavorable factors make the employment situation of vocational graduates get serious. Faced with this situation, the majority of vocational colleges should draw policies, regional economic development engine, psychological counseling and social evaluation mechanisms, this four areas together to establish a careers guidance system, so that a good, efficient, and sustainable development of employment guidance work can be gained in higher vocational colleges
