企业参与校企合作的意愿调查与分析——以河北省企业为例

摘　　要：通过对河北省96家企业的问卷调查,对企业参与职业教育的动因进行因素分析发现,企业参与合作教育的动因首先是追求人才素质的提高,然后是技术资源提升和知识整合、短期利益,在人才培养中追求文化融合,最后是聘用计划。影响企业参与职业教育积极性的因素依次是企业的利益得不到实现、缺乏合作机制、政府缺少相关政策引导以及缺乏系统的保障机制,这些因素直接影响了企业在参与过程中的行为。Questionnaire investigation on 96 enterprises and analysis on motivation of participating in vocational education of enterprises show that, the motivations of enterprises participating in vocational education include： the first is enhancing personnel qualities, the second is enhancing technical resources, seeking knowledge integration, short-term benefit and cultural integration, and the last is appointment plan. Factors influencing the positivity of enterprise participating in vocational education are the following in order： enterprise＇s benefit hasn＇t been achieved, the lack of cooperation mechanism, the lack of policy guidance of government and systemic assurance mechanism.
