再论英语语言结构中的距离象似性

摘　　要：文章从动词结构、动词修饰语、名词修饰语和固定用法等几个微观层面研究了英语语言结构中所体现的距离象似性现象。文章研究发现,英语中的许多语言结构都可以从象似性的角度到阐释,不同的语言结构形式背后蕴藏着不同的认知程序和交际动机,而距离象似性现象则是体现这些程序和动机的方式之一。Distance iconieity is referred as the mapping relationship between language and concepts. The paper investigates distance ieonieity from several English constructions. The investigation reveals that many English constructions could be explained from the perspective of distance ieonieity and distance iconieity constitutes one of the motivating powers of language constructions.
