摘  要:停缸技术是一项提高汽油机燃油经济性的有效技术措施。某V6发动机的模拟计算结果表明应用停缸技术后在所计算转速范围内燃油消耗均得到改善,但同时停缸发动机的振动加剧。运用可变停缸数的停缸方式选择了停缸工作区域,同时通过优化停缸发动机进气歧管进一步扩大了停缸工作区域。Cylinder deactivation is an effective technology to improve fuel economy of the gasoline engine. A V6 gasoline engine was simulated and the results showed that the fuel consumption of this engine with cylinder deactivation was significantly reduced in the range of calculated speed, but the cylinder deactivation engine vibration was increased. The method of variable cylinders deactivated was applied and the working condition was expanded by the optimization of the intake manifold
