摘 要:选用国外常用的规范量表,以城市不同行业员工为被试对象进行问卷调查并分析,结果发现:消极情感与工作满意度的9个维度全部负相关,而积极情感仅与其中的主管领导满意度、回报满意度、同事满意度、工作本身满意度、沟通满意度5个维度正相关;积极情感和消极情感分别与幸福感正相关和负相关。薪酬满意度、工作本身满意度支持工作满意度与幸福感之间外溢关系的假说;而其他7个维度支持两者关系的分割假说。This paper examines the relationship between positive affectivity (PA), negative affectivity (NA), job satisfaction and Personal Well - being Index by the sample of urban employees. Results show that NA is negatively related to all the nine components of job satisfaction, while PA is positively related to satisfaction with supervision, with co -workers, with communication, with contingent rewards and with the nature of work. The fact that PA correlates with five of these factors and not with the other four could be a reflection of these five factors having an interpersonal relationship focus. Both PA and NA are related to Personal well - being index. Satisfactions with pay and with nature of work are positively related to Personal well - being index, supporting the spillover hypothesis, while the other components of job satisfaction are not related to Personal well - being index, supporting the segmentation hypothesis.
