狠抓医科大学生心理素质教育的重要性探讨

摘　　要：本文论述了诊疗质量与医师的心理健康的关系,认为一个重要的解决方法就是狠抓医科大学生的心理素质教育。作者分析了从医科大学生抓心理素质教育的重要意义与迫切性,并从心理素质教育的内容、方法上提出了运用心理训练、结合思想政治教育等思路提高医科大学生心理素质教育的措施。This article explored the relation of diagnosis and treatment quality and doctor＇s psychological health,thought that an important solution is vigorously promoting medico＇s psychological quality education.The author analyzed the important meaning and the urgency of medico＇s psychological quality education,and based on the content and method of psychological quality education,proposed using the psychological training and political education to improve the measures on the medico＇s psychological quality education.
