摘  要:为了研究一种增加硒营养的新方法,以富硒萝卜芽苗菜饲喂昆明小鼠(KM),饲喂35 d,观察小鼠的生理状况,测量体重变化情况,以紫外分光光度法测定小鼠的肝脏、肾脏、血浆、红细胞中的含硒量.当日摄硒量达到1.60μg/kgBW时,饲喂富硒萝卜芽苗菜比饲喂萝卜芽苗菜的小鼠体重多增加了96.12%;饲喂富硒芽苗菜比饲喂Na2SeO3的小鼠(KM)血浆中的含硒量增加了205.13%;肝脏中含硒量增加了141.12%;肾脏中含硒量增加了31.28%.富硒萝卜芽苗菜可以促进生长发育期的小鼠体重的增加,其补硒效果明显优于基础饲料、萝卜芽苗菜及Na2SeO3.以日食用富硒芽苗菜0.69 g/kgBW为最佳的促进生长发育和动物补硒的应用方案.食用富硒萝卜芽苗菜是一种增加硒营养的有效方法.A new method of increasing selenium nutrition was studied.The method is to take Kunming mouse(KM) with Se-enriched sprout,and all groups were fed for 35 days.Then the physiology situation of the mouse were observed,and the Se amounts in different organs(liver,kidney,blood plasma,red cell) were mensurated with ultraviolet spectrophotometry.When KM absorbed Se of 1.60 μg/kgBW per day,the mouse fed with Se-enriched sprout increased 96.12% in weight than that fed with normal sprout,and the Se amounts in plasma increased 205.13%,the Se amounts in liver increased 141.12%,the Se amounts in kidney increased 31.28% than the mouse fed with inorganic Na2SeO3.Se-enriched sprout could increase the weight of KM in growing period,and its effect on selenium supplementation was significantly better than basal diet,radish sprout and Na2SeO3.The best application plan for promoting growing development and supplementing selenium was to feed the animal with Se-enriched sprout 0.69 g/kgBW per day.To feed the animal with Se-enriched sprout was a good way to increase selenium nutrition.
