摘  要:采用高效液相色谱荧光检测器(激发波长335nm,发射波长440nm)测定膨化玉米制品中伏马菌素硒和FB2的含量,该方法以乙腈-水溶液(1+1)为提取溶剂,邻苯二甲醛(OPA)为衍生剂,流动相为甲醇.0.1mol/L磷酸二氢钠(77+23),流速1.0mL/min。结果表明:衍生反应适宜的pH为9~10,衍生物在0.5~5min内稳定,FB1和FB2的回收率分别为82.5%~93.2%和81.5%~90.7%,最小检出限均为0.03mg/kg。A fluorescence detector (excitation wavelength 335 nm, emission wavelength 440 nm) was used to determine the fumonisin B1 (FB1) and fumonisin B2 (FB2) in puffed corn products by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC), during which acetonitrile and water solution(1 ± 1)was used as an extractant,OPA as a deriving agent, methanol and 0.1 mol/L sodium dihydrogen phosphate (77 ± 23)as a mobile phase,and the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. The results showed that the pH value suitable to deriving reaction was 9- 10, the derivatives were stable within 0.5 -5 min, the recovery rate was 82.5% - 93.2% for FB1 and 81. 5% - 90. 7% for FB2, and both detection limits were 0.03 mg/kg.
