摘  要:工学结合是我国高职教育人才培养模式的重大创新,从理论上来说,工学结合能够实现校企"双赢",但现实中,工学结合却处于"两难"的尴尬境地。究其原因,可以归结为两对"矛盾":一对是高职院校与企业之间的"矛盾";另一对是工学结合决策与执行之间的"矛盾"。工学结合要真正实现"双赢",必须处理好这两对"矛盾",明确高职院校、企业、地方政府的角色定位,构建高职院校、企业、地方政府三位一体的工学结合机制。The working-integrated learning is a major innovation of personnel training mode in higher vocational education. Theoretically, it can help achieving "two-to-win" between vocational colleges and enterprises. But in reality, it faces embar- rassing dilemma. The causes can be summed up as two pairs of "contradictions", one being the "contradiction" between higher vocational colleges and enterprises and the other being the "contradiction" between making policies and carrying them out. Therefore, in order to practically realize "two-to-win", the two pairs of contradictions should be tackled properly, the roles of higher vocational colleges, enterprises and the local governments should be made clear, and the mechanism of the trinity of higher vocational colleges, enterprises and the local governments should be established.
