摘 要:随着社会的发展、竞争的加剧,员工的工作压力问题日趋严重,让员工健康而幸福地工作与生活已成为企业不容推卸的社会责任。在构建和谐社会的时代背景和以人为本管理理念的指导下,本文通过对和谐企业文化内涵的理论与实证分析,提炼出和谐企业文化的15个评价维度。基于工作压力来源以及压力应对层次理论,发现和谐企业文化有助于缓解工作压力的路径图,并从管理实践层面阐述了和谐企业文化如何消除五大方面的工作压力源,最终达到缓解员工工作压力的目的。As the development of society and the aggravation of competition, work stress of staff has become an increasingly severe problem. Enterprises are bound to undertake the social accountability, which is to make their own employees work and live healthily and happily. Based on the era background of setting up a harmonious society and the management conception of peopleoriented, this paper refined 15 evaluation dimensions of harmonious corporate culture by the theoretic and empirical study. According to the theory on the sources and re- sponses of work stress, this study found out the path chart which displayed that harmonious corporate culture is beneficial for alleviating staff's work stress. Meanwhile, it demonstrated how to eliminate 5 primary stressors by creating harmonious corporate culture from the level of managerial practice, thus to achieve the aim on alleviating the work stress eventually.
