摘  要:高职对外贸易专业的课程体系中,法律课程如何定位,成为对外贸易专业教学改革的"瓶颈"之一。要解决这一问题,准确地对法律课程进行定位是关键。法律课程与英语课程同样属于对外贸易专业的工具课程,根据现行法律课程教学存在问题,构建服务于专业课程的法律课程子系,并按照行动导向的要求,科学合理地整合法律课程的内容,开发简洁高效的法律教材,在教学过程中保持与专业课程之间的衔接与匹配,是突破高职对外贸易专业"法律瓶颈"的关键所在。In the curriculum system of International Trade major in highervocationa] colleges, how to fix the position of law has become one of the bottle-necks in the curriculum reform, it is very important to fix it to solve the problem. Law curriculum and English curriculum are both tool currculum i n the major. There ex i st s some problems i n the teaching according to the present law, so it is the key points to break the necks to construct the branch of law curriculum serving for the major curriculum, to integrate the content of the course scientifically and to exploit brief and effecti vet extbooks accord i ng to the demand of act i on gui dance, and to keep pace with the major courses in teaching.
