摘　　要：阐述了执行力的涵义,论述了提升中层职能部门执行力的必要性和紧迫性,探讨了提升中层职能部门执行力的途径。This paper addresses the connotation of the executive ability, discusses the necessity, imperativeness and methods of impro- ving the executive ability of functional departments at intermediate level.
