摘　　要：作为两种不同的社会秩序整合方式,制度正义与个体德性既有异质性,又可以达致同构与互益的伦理价值生成。罗尔斯基于契约论的正义理论,蕴含着丰富的社会伦理建构的价值参照和路向选择,对于正处于社会转型期的中国社会道德重建,尤其是和谐社会的建构有着重要的理论及现实意义。As the two different ways to integrate social order, institutional justice and individual virtue are both heterogeneity and can also achieve homogenization and mutual benefits. Rawls＇ justice theory based on contract contains a wealth of reference value and direction choices about social ethics construction, which have an important theoretical and practical significance to the moral reconstruction in a transformation of Chinese society, especially the construction of a harmonious society.
