摘　　要：综述了半纤维素酶（主要是木聚糖酶和甘露聚糖酶）在食品、饲料和制浆造纸工业中的应用，重点讨论了木聚糖酶在酶法制浆和纸浆漂白中的新应用进展。This paper summarized the application of hemicellulase especially xylanase and mannase in food, feed and papermaking industry, and discussed the new advancement of xylanase application in papermaking and bleaching.
