摘  要:文章系统梳理了近年来我国高等院校课程评估的发展,评述了问卷编制的几个新的取向:学科化、科学化、网络化、开放性、应用性,提出了高等院校课程评估问卷设计新的原则——三三制,即课程评估问卷由基本问题、学科类问题和具体问题组成,各占三分之一的比例,这三类问题分别由学校、院系和教师个人来确定。三三制在一定程度上解决了以往课程评估问卷设置中存在的问题,对高校课程评估发展有促进作用。’The paper systematically elaborates the development of course evaluation of Chinese higher education in recent years, comments on the new orientations of the questionnaire design, that is, its emergence as a discipline, and its characteristics of science, network, openness and applicability. The paper puts forward a new principle of designing questionnaires for course evaluation - Three Thirds System, in which a questionnaire is composed of three parts with equal proportion, basic problems, discipline problems, and specific problems, which are proposed by the universities, the schools and the teachers. This new principle, to a certain extent, solves the previous problems of course evaluation questionnaires, promoting the development of course evaluation.
