摘 要:为了对自动变速器中闭锁离合器滑摩过程的共性控制问题进行研究,首先建立了液力变矩器闭锁离合器滑摩过程动力学模型;然后对滑摩过程的最优控制进行研究,以滑摩功最小为目标建立最优控制目标函数、冲击度满足乘坐舒适性确定约束条件、以及最优控制的求解;最后以长安羚羊轿车为对象进行了闭锁离合器滑摩过程的最优控制仿真。仿真结果表明,闭锁离合器滑摩过程采用压力最优控制,滑摩到闭锁过程平稳、冲击度在允许范围内,滑摩功很小。解决了自动变速器中闭锁离合器滑摩过程的共性控制问题。In order to research the common questions of slip process of lock-up clutch control in torque converter at automatic transmission (AT) and continuously variable transmission (CVT), dynamic model of slip process of Lock-Up Clutch and torque converter was established at first, and then the optimal control of slip process was studied, defined the object function of optimal control with minimum slip work and with constraint of jerk is below the required, and solved these function of optimal control At last, the optimal control simulink of the slip process of lock-up clutch which is in AT and CVT fit on Chang An car was given. The simulink effect shows that the process from slip to stick is very smooth, jerk is small under the allow range and the slip work is very small when using optimal control of pressure in the slip process. The common control question of lock-up clutch in AT and CVT is solved.
