摘 要:目的:探讨PBL与LBL两种教学方法在眼科教学中的实施效果。方法:将115名医学大学生分为PBL与LBL两组,分别采用两种不同教学方法。结果:PBL组与LBL组在考试总分和记忆型题目的考试中无显著差异性(P>0.05),在理解和应用型题目中PBL组与LBL组比较有差异性(P<0.05),PBL组学生考试得分更高。同时在学习过程中PBL组学生显示出更大的学习热情,提高了学生学习的积极性和主动性。结论:PBL教学法在激发学习兴趣,培养临床思维能力,增强知识的理解能力等方面明显优于传统的教学法,PBL教学方法适于眼科教学。Objective: To investigate the effect of ophthalmology teaching between PBL and LBL. Methods: 115 students of ehnical medicine clinical medicine were divided in random into two groups, the trial group with PBL teaching, the control group by LBL teaching. Results: 31ae results show that the two groups has no significant difference in examinational total score and in foundational subjects( P 〉 0.05), but the PBL group has a significant higher score in comprehension subjects and in applied subjects ( P 〈 0.05). The students have exhibited great enthusiasm to the PBL, and PBL teaching can improve the students' activeness and culture their ability of self-study. Conclusions: PBL teaching could inspire students' interest, cultivate their clinical thinking, enhance their comprehensive ability. It is a better way in ophthalmology teaching.
