摘 要:采用恒温震荡法制备了南瓜皮的水提取物,并测定了该水提取物对4种采后病原真菌的体外抑菌效果.结果表明:南瓜皮水提取物对4种病原真菌均有一定的抑制作用,但病原之间存在差异,对Alternaria alternata抑制作用最强,培养5h和7d后的孢子萌发率和菌落直径分别为对照的42%和54%,对Fusariumoxysporum和Penicillium expansum的抑制效果次之,对Trichothecium roseum作用较弱.由此表明,南瓜皮的水提取物含有可抑制真菌的活性成分.The aqueous extracts of pumpkin peel were prepared by method of constant temperature commotion.The fungistasis effects of extracts were tested with four postharvest fungi in vitro.The results showed that the extracts inhibited growth of the pathogenic fungi.However,the effect depended on species of the pathogen.Alternaria alternate was significantly inhibited.The spore germination rate and the mycelial growth diameter were 42 % and 54 % of the control after 5 h or 7 d of incubation.The extracts showed moderate to Fusarium oxysporum and Penicillium expansum.A weak effect was found to Trichothecium roseum.This result suggested that the aqueous extracts of pumpkin peel contained antifungal compounds.
