摘　　要：随着信息化和网络化的发展,高校行政管理人员的队伍建设面临着严峻的挑战,同时也面临难得的发展机遇。利用信息技术,结合同侪互助思想,建构高校行政管理人员网络同侪互助学习群体,让同侪互助的精神融入到了网络学习环境中。这种网络同侪互助学习群体的构建有助于弥补高校行政管理人员岗位特殊性的不足,有助于培养高校行政管理人员间的协作能力,有助于促进高校行政管理资源的优化配置。With the development of informationization and networking,the building of universities administrative personnel is facing a serious challenge, as well as a rare chance for development. Combining information technology with the thinking of peer coaching, which constructed the web - based mutual learning group of universities administrative personnel, integrated the thinking of peer coaching with the web - based learning environment.This web - based mutual learning group helps to make up the shortage of universities administrative personnel particularity,cultivate the ability of collaboration of universities administrative personnel and optimize the administration resource of universities administration.
