摘 要:校企合作定制继续教育培训方案是因材施教原则在继续教育领域中的应用,是保证继续教育教学质量的第一个关键环节,其流程至少应该包括需求调研、需求分析、制订初步培训方案、校企双方论证初步培训方案、制订正式培训方案和培训方案的终结性评估等环节。培训方案需要体现但不限于培训对象、培训目标。Further education's training scheme customized by cooperation between school and enterprise is the application of the principle of teaching according to the student's ability in the field of further education',as well as the foremost key link of guaranteeing the quality of teaching.Its flow should at least includes demand study,demand analysis,formulating preliminary training scheme,demonstrating the preliminary training scheme by both school and enterprise,making formal training scheme,summative assessment and so on.Training scheme needs to present,but not be limited to be embodied,training target,training content,training model,etc.
