摘　　要：终身教育是一种重要别的教育原则,教育理念,在终身教育理念下,需要从教师专业持续发展、教师成为终身学习楷模、实现教师职前教育与在职教育的一体化、拥有信息技术基本素质,形成终身学习能力、教师终身教育体系的监督等方面去构建教师终身教育体系。Lifelong education is an important principle of education, and an educational philosophy. Based on the concept of lifelong education, teachers＇ lifelong education system should be built from the following aspects ： sustainable development of teachers＇ profession, viewing as lifelong model, integration of pre-serviee and in-service education, information literacy, ability of lifelong learning and supervision of lifelong education system.
