农八师高中学分制实施的现状、问题及对策——以石河子市两所高中为例

摘　　要：本文以农八师石河子市高中作为研究对象,运用问卷和访谈对石河子市高中学分制的实施情况进行了调查,发现存在如师生和家长对学分制的认可程度低、学生选课难以真正落实、学生选课带有功利性和盲目性、教师数量不足和质量有待提升等问题,针对这些问题提出了加大宣传力度、开发校本课程,建立三位一体的选课指导机制,加强师资建设等对策。This study surveys the senior middle schools in Shihezi City with the use of the questionnaires and inquiry -interviews,gets the inplementary situation of the credit system in Shihezi City, and finds some questions such as the low - level recognition of the credit system of the teachers and students as well as that of the parents, the difficulties in the real execution of the course- selecting among the students,and the utilitarian nature and the blindness in the students＇selection of courses,and the inadequate number and professional quality of the teachers. To these above -mentioned questions ,the study proposes corresponding measures such as enhancing the propadanda, developing the school - based curriculums, establishing the three （ the schools, mentors and parents ） - in - one guide - mechanism of the course- selecting,and strengthening the constitution of the teaching starff.
