民族高校师资队伍结构特点及其发展策略研究

摘　　要：民族高校师资队伍数量持续增长,结构不断优化,基本能满足教学需要;同时在学科与专业构成上具有鲜明的民族院校特色;与一般综合性和专科性院校相比,民族院校的师资队伍具备更丰富的素养结构。今后民族高校师资队伍的发展应以内涵建设为主,重点提高青年教师的教学能力,要设计实施多种有效的教师专业成长策略,探索民族高校师资队伍发展之路。Basically,the teaching body of ethnic universities can meet the need of teaching with its continuous increase in number and constant optimization in structure. At the same time,in discipline and specialty formation,it displays distinct characteristics of ethnic universities.Compared with other comprehensive universities and technical colleges,the teaching body of ethnic universities is more colorful in quality structure.In the future development of teaching body of ethnic universities,priority should be given to internal construction to improve young teachers＇teaching competence.Efforts should be made to design and implement various effective strategies for teachers＇professional development as well as to explore development road for teaching body of ethnic universities.
