高校对话教学模式课堂心理环境的构建

摘　　要：对话教学模式是以对话为手段,以构建师生课堂和谐心理环境为基础,从而实现教学目的的一种新型教学模式。影响对话教学模式的课堂心理环境因素包括教师心理及其教学行为和学生的心理。要构建对话教学模式下师生共同交融知识的、和谐的、人性化课堂环境,教师优良的心理和教学理念是基础;教师贴切的人文关怀和情感疏导是必要条件;教师精湛的教学艺术和教学手段是有效方法。Dialogue-teaching mode refers to a new teaching pattern with dialogue as a method and the construction of harmonious psychological environment between teachers and students in classroom as a basis in order to achieve the purpose of teaching. The factors influencing the classroom psychological environment of dialogue-teaching mode in university include teachers’ psychology,their teaching behavior and students’ psychology. To build a common blend of knowledge between students and teachers and a harmonious human classroom environment in the dialogue-teaching mode,the good teachers’ psychology and teaching philosophy is the foundation,the proper humanistic care and emotional guidance from teachers is a necessary condition,and the exquisite teaching art and methods of teachers are an effective way.
